HKS Exhaust
The tips don't flare out from the canisters or bolt on to a smaller pipe near the cans. You'd probably have to weld a plate onto the end to reduce the opening... which would more than likely change the sound of the exhaust.
But hey, if you want to spend $700+ on the exhaust and mod it... please report back.

The tips are pretty sturdy, but I suppose you could turn them into ovals with vise and a torch.
