Default Honda Canada TSB ---different w/ ref to 054

i have the annoying clutch buzz and found out from this forum that there was a TSB on it.

took it in at a honda dealership, had it checked out (actually had to show them the printout --i pulled it out after)

tech guy thought it was a bearing on the tranny.

but agreed that it was the "clutch buzz"

the american honda TSB states its for 2000-01 +....(canadian ref is TSB 3-1-01)

so anyway, it was left to the service managers discretion to contunue the work on "goodwill" --car is way past warranty --its @ 80k

i call in this morning and was told that the Canadian TSB specifies it only for the year 2000

WTF?

i luck out, but it makes no sense....

*background story*

i just got the car 2 weeks ago...i was/am expecting surprises.

this is the first BIG one....

--after market clutch it is.

add

CAD TSb does not include

"Out of warranty: Any repair performed after warranty expiration may be eligible for goodwill consideration by the District Service Manager or your Zone Office. You must request consideration, and get a decision, before starting work"

Not sure what this has to do with Tell Honda, but since it involves TSBs, moving to the Library.
