wow, i hope your not serious....600 bucks isnt bad for a 14hp gain. seriously. you can spend 600 bucks on an intake that might get you 5hp.

i'm gonna look at my ecu, and see what number it is. i'm just curious as to why some 06's would have different numbered ecu's. maybe someone with some knowledge about this could shed some light.
you can spend 600 bucks on an Intake and get NOTHING

All i'm saying is that the Parts alone are giving you much of those gains.

As you can see the stock reflash doesn't net much.

it's just lowering the vtec and dumping more fuel and timing to compensate and give you gains earlier which can be achived by other means.

Plus, I wouldn't want to be the guinea pig for the 8500 rpm. I hope they logged tons of hours on stress test.

if they could guarantee the changes will not result in broken rods then I would say it's worth it.

there are a lot more 2.2L owners out there revving to 8500rpm or higher than there are people with the hondata reflash. The testing has been done......and its great

I will easily burn a similarly modded AP2 in a straight line shifting at 8500rpm if they're stuck at 8000, suckers!

The web site says that they do not have a reflash for the a11

FROM HONDATA WEB SITE"

Who can use this upgrade?

Any 06 S2000 with the ECU part numbers found on the bar code on the side of the ECU:

* 37820-PZX-A09

We do not have a reflash for 37820-PZX-A11
That is the first I've seen that as I do not constantly check their website for updates and they have not informed me of any differences.
