Default Hoosier DOT drag radials

Heard nothing but good things about these. Better than BFG and MT's. I want to run 12's all motor. I think these would help make it happen. I am a little concerned with the axels though. Has anyone ran slicks or drag radials on their S before? My other concern is the stock clutch may slip.
225/50/16 on stock Ap1 wheels would be my choice.

With my the new gears, V2, J's header and tuned VAFCII I think I have a good chance at it considering my previous mods and times, with horrible 60ft's. With a 1.8-1.9 60ft I could knock at least a half second or more of my 1/4 time. Any thoughts?
