I just taught my fifteen year old niece how to "launch"!
Hold the gas pedal to the floor and dump the clutch!!!
We did this in a rental car in Costa Rica, and I would NEVER do it in my S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you want to launch the car, your in the wrong car, you rjust going to break it. The s2k rear sucks dick.. Its just going to crap out on you. Use it for what its for.. Its a roadster with a little bit of balls.

Thanks for your advice and opinions. all i wanted to do is test it out on a open area where there isnt no body around, and just feel how it feels. Oh i was wonder after u pop the clutch do u go full throttle or just hold it at lets say 6000 rpms and wait tell the tires catch. I wanted to know if u let off the gas alittle then press it again so that the tires can catch. Thanks again.

If you are set on launching, then dump it at 7000 rpms and feel it out... depending on conditions, you may need to let off or stomp it.. I am in no way condoning this, but I refuse to be a hypocrite as I've launched and raced mine.. I would advise you to get more driving experience before trying this, even if it is in the middle of nowhere... Confucious say: One must walk before one can fly.. Have fun with the car man, I'd be more concerned with the pimpin factor if I had the car at 16... "Ladies, ladies, please! One at a time!"
Insted I'm almost 21 and already locked down like a mofo... Pimp while you can man, I need to live vicariously through you...

If you want to do something stupid:

who cares about the rear tires, its the rear differential that will give out after numerous clutch drops. its not worth it at all. if you wanted a dragster, you should've gotten a mustang or something.
