Default How do I bring my alignment back to spec?

I recently lowered my AP1 on Ktuned street coilovers and brought my car to Les Schwab to get an alignment, but was told this was the best they can do as they set the tie rods on max. I don't have anything aftermarket as far at front & rear camber kit, rear toe adjustment kit, front roll center adjusters, caster adjustment kit, and so forth. What do I actually need to get it back into specification?

Never heard of anyone running out of front tie rod thread.

The alignment tech should know to prioritize toe. Your camber/caster measurements are less important than toe.

Maybe he's doing the opposite.

Lowering your AP1 definitely messes with alignment specs, and shops like Les Schwab can only do so much with stock parts. If you want to bring everything back into factory spec (or close), you’ll probably need some adjustable parts.

Should be no issue getting toe into spec with stock parts. Not sure how much the OP is lowered but many of us are lowered close to an inch from stock and I have never heard of toe not being able to be set properly. The only time I have ever needed any aftermarket stuff for my alignment was to get more front camber so I run offset bushings, but toe has never been an issue and I have plenty of room to adjust more if needed. I run zero front toe and just a small amount of toe in on the rear which is common.

I am with B Serious on this... seems like maybe the tech is doing something wrong, unless there is some damage to the suspension we are missing here. I kinda wonder if it is really maxed out or if it is seized up.

how low are you ? The s2000 stock hardware can get the car in green for nearly everything. S2000 is not a simple car to align. You def need to bring it a specialist and not a place like scwab.

I brought my S2000 to a specialized shop in order to get my alignment into spec. I agree with the others here and that you should try and find a specialized shop to do the alignment.
