I usually drive conservatively. I have only had the car for 3 weeks (1 week of which it was getting repainted at Honda) and am still learning how to eek out the best fuel mileage. This is a daily driver for me and while not made for fuel efficiency, it can be achieved. Right now I am at about 22mpg mostly all city driving. I'm getting a better feel for shiftpoints as my mpg was only at 19 when I first got in it . I have the extended warranty on mine since it's an 05 with 53k miles on it and am trying to work out all the 'gremlins' before I start to have too much fun.

I usually shift between 3-5k depending on traffic. I will open her up every once in a while. The VTEC crossover is at 6k rpms and the real fun is being close to redline. I have yet to push her that hard, but plan on it soon!

I drive conservatively the majority of the time, however I will open her up when some idiot cuts me off or makes it a very close call to getting hit or lines up at the light revving their car. I normally I get about 23-24MPG by shifting in the 3-3500RPM range.
