Default How do you get to the strikers

One of my hardtop strikers is loose and the rattle is driving me nuts. I have already taken the visors off but I forgot how to take the lights off of the trim piece. I have seen it done before but can't remember how to do it. I know they just pop off somehow.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

there should be a tab to take the light lens off with a flat head screwdriver and then there are two more bolts to take off there to get the whole plastic cover off hope that helps

One of my strikers was completely just hanging. One of the screws backed out all the way and was sitting in the trim piece. The other was 3/4ths of the way out.

Glad you found this in time, before everything falls out. But was your striker replaced, or was any work done on it? It is unusual to have them come loose directly from the factory because I have not heard this happening before.
