Default How it makes me feel.

This has been an especially tough week. Tax season ended 10 days ago but now all of my clients want attention. Each one thinks that his/her problem is the biggest and each one thinks that their account should come first. By 3:00 P.M. today, Friday, I had enough. I decided it was time to go home. I brought my S to work today because it was sunny. I walked to it, got in it, started the engine, lowered the top and buckled my seat belt. I started to feel better. I flicked my little S into 1st gear and pulled out of the parking lot.

My drive home is 15 miles and about 20 to 30 minutes. By time I turned onto my street I felt like a new man. My spirit was rejuvenated. All of the problems seemed to disappear. What a fun ride I had. It wasn't unusual, just a normal drive in my S2000.

Some of you own the S because of the incredible engine. Some because of the way it handles. Some because it is drop dead beautiful and some simply because it is a Honda. I agree with all of those reasons, they are part of why I own it too. But, the most important reason I love owning my little S is the way it makes me feel.

How about you?

Rob, I hear you loud and clear. Last year I worked 110 hours a week. During the summer after a 36 hour shift I'd be dog tired, but the ride home with the top down was SO theraputic. When I would get that rare 24 hours off I'd drive to San Fran from Sacramento just to go top down and breathe the air.

Same here Rob, if there are some issues in my life I take the S out for a spin and it's true....it makes me forget about any problem that I'm having at that time...it helps; I love it.
