My S2000 running like a sewing machine
Well, that's what we folks in Holland say when a car is running as smooth as silk... Don't worry! It's all good.
I had the opportunity to take my stook into Germany on Wednesday and returning on Friday (today) from Holland. As many of you know some stretches in Germany have no speed limit, so I got a good opportunity to spank her a little bit (if you catch my drift).
To make a long story short, I completely fell in love with this car all over again. She was running smooth and venomously fast. It's such a treat if you can really floor it and go to 9000 rpms in all gears (but the 6th). I drove absolutely max speed with the top down (the weather was fantastic) and it crept up to 235 km/h (which is 146 mph) on the speedometer.
Cruising at 165 km/h (or about 100 mph) with the top down was just great too...
Everybody that owns a S2000: Congratulations from the bottom of my heart: We own a fantastic car!!!
Siepel
PS: Okay, I am sentimentally happy, I confess! But who can blame me?
