How many of you have a reputation at work as a "maniac driver?"
Yes... to some extent. But at work, there are ALOT of engineers who don't know how to drive. After a group trip to the local SpeedRing, the designation between being a "good" driver and a "maniac" driver became apparent, with me leading in laptimes, and those where would call me a "maniac" driver spent more time in the barrier systems.
Needless to say... they don't give me much crap anymore.

Thanks for the head's up on the helmet. I don't have one, but I could probably drop $15 for the rental. Hey, I thought Moroso was for draggin'? With just 153 ft lbs of bottom-end grunt, I'd say that racing our cars from a standing start would be somewhat anticlimatic. Are we driving a course or the 1/4 mile?
I usually only make 3 passes, clutch starts to smell after that. dolfandrus will be there too, with a Comptech SC and a 30 shot. He's trying to get into the 12's.
