How often do you change your oil?

The S tells you when to change based on running logged by the computer.

5000-7500 depending on my availability. I verify the oil that comes out with an analysis.

I change every 3k, but I am turbo too, so I would rather just spend the money for clean oil, plus it gives me something to do

I change every 5,000 miles with synthetic.

i use conventional or honda genuine oil, should i change it every 3k?

Castrol or Mobil1 synthetic every 4k once the superchargers on every 3k

I change it when the oil life meter hits 15% or If I have a track day upcomming.

it depends on how hard i drive my S. the onboard computer tells me when i need to change it
