My '91 civic was built in Canada and was rattle free after 108,000 hard driven miles. My 94 Civic, which I think is Japanese, is still rattle free and a maintence dream. I have a car nut friend with a 2000 Ex V6 Accord who thinks it's a sweet, trouble free ride... Everytime I hear someone complaining about the most recent generations of Civics I get that little tear in my eye like the indian guy in the littering commercial, and I think, "Wow ,that's too bad they didn't have the same experience I had."
The S2000 is a halo car. If you look at the TSB's (someone posted them recently) you can see that nearly every year they've cut the list nearly in half. I'm seeing MY 2003 as a great year to buy. I also like the fact that they've been getting a lot of podium finishes lately in F1. (Stick with me, there's a relation here) Like their entry into F1, the S2000 was a new car thing. Now they'll do what they always do, make small refinements and improvements to make it as trouble free as possible. Your probably better off using the NSX as a benchmark then anything else in their lienup. Especially since they're built side by side. www.nsxprime.com is one forum.

speedlife, , I'm curious, if it were an Acura, would you be asking this quesiton?

Apologies for rambling. M2C.
