How you do a burn out??
I suppose you mean "how do you do a burnout"...
In which case...
Keep the brake pedal depressed, and slowly "accelerate". The car will want to jump foward, but as you slowly ease off the brake, your rear tires begin to spin...and if you put some oil underneath your tires, it'll smoke like you wouldn't believe.
It also helps if your tires have no treads (like racing slicks) and you do this on a perfectly smooth surface, unlike old asphalt.

This may sound dumb, but how do you depress the brake and accelerate and come of the clutch (assuming you are stationary when you start this) all at the same time?

damn you guys need help...
Rev up to somewhere in the high RPMs (5500+) dump the clutch, the tires should spin, take your left foot and slowly push on the brake while you continue to press the gas. get on and off the gas, like when it gets near redline let off for a sec and then push it again, kinda pumping the gas, with your left foot on the brake to keep you still. when you decide you have done enough, let off the brake and push in the clutch.
done.
