damn i thought clubsi.com gave me a headache. Rear Wheel Drive is a IDEAL for drag racing. why? Physics. in a front wheel drive car the motor shifts back and puts less weight where you need it, over the front tires.

Do you know what a drum brake is? why would you need drum brakes to do a burnout correctly??

im gald i dont have an S2000, i would hate to talk shop with you fellas. this is my last post on this site, i need to get some advil.

EIDP, peace...I'm out.

Black & Boosted, you're an idiot.

What I was saying is (follow the fancy wording of "rear wheel drive does not a drag car make") just because you have a rear wheel drive car, doesn't mean you have a drag car. Wanna talk physics? I'm sure my experience in Mechanical Engineering overshadows your "clubSi" learned brand of car performance.

Drum brakes? Um let's see... what makes a good drag car? I would think all of the Detroit muscle from years ago. And you know what? They have drum brakes. That is where i was going with that. And it doesn't matter what kind of brakes you have (disc or drum) to do a correct burnout (read: using a line-lock), but typically, those cars with line-locks are older muscle cars with drum brakes. Follow the logic? Want a dissertation on 5000rpm stall converters with trans brakes and 2-step rev limiters? I'm sure while you're in study hall, I can teach you something.

So before you post another asinie comment about how little I (or other S2000 owners) know about car performance, you really should expand your knowledge past the NOPI catalog that you receive.

Well, you really should brush up on your spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors first.

Disconnect the rear break lines, plug them, and remove the calipers. Not only will you be able to do great burn outs, but think of the wait you saved.
Now really... For the drag strip line lock is the only way to go, and it maters not if you have drum or disc. With our car I prefer NOT to burn my tires, or clutch.

well shit i wasnt going to post again but you kinda pissed me off.

my gramatical errors and spelling mistakes are there because i left them there, or do not care seeing as how this is a message board. whats the point?

my "clubsi learned brand of performance"? i would hate to think i learned anything from a bunch of 16 year olds. i dont have a civic either. i read all the message boards.

you honestly couldnt teach me shit. 5000 stalls and 2 stage rev-limiters? i guess you have mistaken me for a fellow s2000 owner who happen to fall into cars a week ago. you are very mistaken.

nopi catalog? lol.

What kind of car do you have? It seems anyone that knows alot about what makes a sports car great, would be very happy with an S2000.

This may sound dumb, but how do you depress the brake and accelerate and come of the clutch (assuming you are stationary when you start this) all at the same time? I only have two feet.......
I've got three legs
