Its not that hard to install, about a days work if you've never replaced a top before.

Is it the plastic one? and Can I just take off the plastic one and replace to a new one or do I have to replace the whole top?

The tops on eBay are probably Robbins tops. Many '00-01 owners have updated to glass tops using a Robbins. Those that I have seen are excellent quality and their owners did not seem to have a problem with the installation and converstion. Yes it IS the robbins tops. So it doesnt have any fitment problem?

lowering the 00-01 top in the cold is a big no no!! I would take this opportunity to get a glass top for sure. Don't know if I would trust an ebay top.. there has to be a reason they are so inexpensive.
