Congrats Fiend, Bring her by La Feria Friday afternoon. Some of us will be there planning the next trip. Hell I'll go for a ride Sunday. I think the weather is clearing out. Man I almost envy the excitement. The next 600 is going to drive you nuts. Break her in right though. There's plenty of time to VTEC. Oh, I also financed through Austin Telco @ 6.9%.

Wirejock, what time in the afternoon do you guys meet on Friday? I am indeed taking it slow. I don't think the needle has even hit 5000rpm yet. I'm getting a ton of practice driving it in the rain. And it was sooooo clean when I picked it up too.

 

Just remember that when you hit 600 miles, NOT to take it all the way to 9000rpm. Ease it in gradually. The consensus seems to be no more than 7500rpm from 600-1000 miles, then go like a bat out of hell after that!
