Well, turns out my first mod is going to be an alarm system. The previous owner does have seat locks already installed so that is good. Also, it does need a good cleaning too.

What alarm are you looking at? I'm going to probably get a Viper 5901 for my Accord since it's the daily and i miss my remote start on my old car.
Any places you know to do install? They guy I found quoted $600 installed with everything needed & a custom lockout for manual trans so it won't try to start unless it's in neutral.

I looked at Car Toys in Plano right off of 75. For about $400 installed I can get one with an immobilizer, alarm and proximity sensor. I need to do a bit more research on it, but I might just go with that.
