to help with the noise coming thru the top use some silicon hose on the hooks that lock the top to give it a tighter fit

 

Congrats on your new car.
1. The clasps that hold the top down do wear out, there have been threads about this. The solution is to buy new clasps. Even a brand new car has some noise.
2. Wash and Wax has great tips but many years ago we had a Jaguar XKE with a plastic window in the rag top and the solution to clearing the fogging plastic was to polish it with toothpaste. It worked very well.
