i got a whorpped head!!!

Default i got a whorpped head!!!

well my car overheatted and i thinking that the head was whorpped. my commpression was like at 70-75psi 1,2,4 the 3rd one is like jamed in there and he cant get it out the mech. says and he also said that i could have cracked the block but i highly dought that cause wouldn't there be oil leaking? this guy is saying that it COULD be up to like7000 to fix but if its the head how much do you think that it will cost for a new head and should i just go all aftermarket part once it is apart?any suggestions would help me alot i wasnt planing on doing all this this soon i just got the car like 3weeks ago!!!Any suggestions would help me alot!!!

70~75 psi?
what the hell was under the hood?

it happened like this the radiator hose on the block heatted up th hose(this is when i changed to a cold air intake) and i replaced it with a diffrent colored matching hose well the clamp slipped off and radiator fluid shot everywhere so the motor overheatted and before i knew it the motor just cut off and it never started since.

Yeah but look at the bright side you made about 2 more HP and it sounded great for a few minutes before you blew it up.

I'm sure your tranny is okay.

Next time, let the mechanic install all the mods on your car.

dayum that sucks. don't feel bad. i am on the second motor in my rsx from dumb shifting. that sucks that the small hose with the intake can cause so much damage if not installed correctly.

Dude put your stock stuff back on....then you tow it into dealer and say it just stopped running.. don't know.........guaranteed it will save u $7,000.00
