The lack of ethics expressed by some on this board is truly sad. This guy will be the first to complain when Honda denies a warranty. They deny stuff because of all the scam artists like you who try to get over on them. The more A-holes like you who do stuff like this makes it all the harder for honest people to get legit work done.

Sad what this board has come to. One of the reasons people buy Porsches instead of Hondas is the same reason people shop at Bloomingdales and Saks instead of K-Mart,....the people they come in contact with have a bit more class. This board is starting to reflect the fact that used S2000s have become affordable to anyone.

To the first guy, Suck it up and pay for your own stupidity then buy a Dictionary before you buy any more mods.

To the poster above and anyone who agrees that Fraud is acceptable,....I hope someone scams you out of a lot of money. What goes around comes around.

To the people who run this board,....It truly is going downhill everyday.

Charming, you have a great way with words! Lack of ethics and in the same post your calling people A-holes. There are more Porsches out there from the last thirty years that can be had for way under the 32k s2000 price, or even the 20k my00
used s2000's. You are entitled to your opinion but please Post like a human not an A-HOLE!

For the record, I have no problem with Beig's comment, and think most of the board memebers would agree.

It is difficult to understand everything, but it sounds like you are saying that the piston in cylinder #3 is "jammed" (seized?). If so, I don't think the mechanic can even do the compression testing.

Does your motor turn over when you try to start it?

For something like this, I would definitely get a second opinion from a trusted mechanic.

I am very curious about the damage done by the overheating episode. Please give us more details.

-Pete

PS: Spell Check, please!

Have to agree with Bieg... why should we continue to suffer problems with legal an correct warranty claims because of morons who "replaced it with a diffrent colored matching hose " and then claim it should be under warranty and it just broke...

No wonder the ones who have suffered the #4 cyl. problem have had it so tough.

Putting in a bogus warranty claim is fraud plain and simple. You don't have to work for Honda to be disgusted with people like you who think that it is ok to do this. I don't defraud people and people like you make me sick.

Grow up and be accountable for your actions. If you fu@k something up out of stupidity and ineptness don't expect others to pick up the tab for you.

Why do you think the head is warped?

Was there fluid leaking externally? Was there coolant in the oil?
