How to have Class
Lesson 1:
when someone attacks you personally, you don't step down to their level and rebut with another personal attack.
-example: two wrongs don't make a right.
perhaps your nanny neglected to teach you that one when you were a child Bieg. it's a shame that blue blood of yours didn't hire a higher quality nanny.

Like I said the class of this forum has degenerated into personal attacks.

Bieg, in my opinion, this lack-of-class thing you're talking about is not only because more not-so-well-spoken-and-experienced kids are getting their posts in, but also because some of those that have been here a long time are losing patience with redundant questions and issues that by now seem very obvious to us. I think the combination of the two is the problem.
So in my opinion, you can't stop the S2000 from being more affordable, but you can keep this board a great place to be by remembering to have *patience* and *understanding*.

The person who started this thread (s2kchan) never said he was looking to scam Honda.
And now all of this silliness is getting out of control
Can we end it now?

Threads like these are good entertainment, and I usually don't post in them, but I have only one tiny comment:
I read many internet forums on many different subjects, and no matter what the demographic makeup of the members may be, there is always one event that happens on every one. It is.... Old members complaining about the degeneration of the forum.
It doesn't matter what cause can be blamed for "the forums going downhill," it happens in every forum I've ever read. Old timers always get mad at the n00bs. You can set your watch by it.
My solution is: If you don't like the quality of the threads being posted, then post your own good threads. If you don't share the opinion of new members, then post your opinion, and maybe you'll sway them. If you don't like other's spelling abilities, then lead by example. That's the best way to make the forum what you want it to be. Just MY own little opinion.
