I have the worst luck
On my way to work this morning I heard a rock hit my window but didn't think anything of it. I went to go to lunch and I see a 6 inch long crack that grew during the day on the passanger side. The rock hit in the black windshield tape area where I couldn't see it from inside the car. The worst part of it is I had the windshield replaced 3 months ago from a crack that also grew in the passanger side area. Cost me $411.
I just can't win.

that bee's bro probably threw it.. j/k
get a shop to get the air out of the crack.. to keep it from spreading. it should hold fine.. theres quite a few austin stook owners driving around w/ cracked windshields from hill country trips.. basically are windshields aren't very strong and chip rather easily.

Sorry bud!
I had a near miss this morning...
In Houston, 59 (southwest side) is divided only by a 3 1/2 foot cement wall. This morning when I was in the left lane heading north...a 18 wheeler heading south busted his front driver side tire...lost control...and hit the wall directly perpendicular to me!
Luckily I heard the blowout and saw the 18 wheeler swerve ahead of time...I acclereated and moved halfway into the lane next to me. I saw rock chips spray into 59 northbound from my rear view mirror!
