Otoh, maybe we can't document stuck rings or heavy oil consumption cause most people on this site got cars with 5-16 miles on them.

95 is excessive...I wouldn't worry if it were an Accord or Civic, but you can bet that car saw a few 9,000 RPM test drives. Good choice in backing out. If you lived closer I'd sell you a 10-15 mile one. Our store only allows a short drive after signing to confirm that there are no alignment issues or odd noises.

It really is each individuals choice.
My S was new.. It was a demo...the owner of the dealership drove it. It had 4000 miles on it. I bought it for $28,000. And it has never burned any oil. And it had several OEM extras...Spoiler/Titanium Shift Knob/Cargo pouches. I think I got a pretty good deal. I may be wrong and find out later... No major problems yet...But...If it wasn't for getting $6000. off I would have bought another Accord Coupe.

Bottom line is that if you don't feel comfortable with the purchase, you will always have that in the back of your mind. It may or may not be important like some say here but the whole point is that you walk away from the dealership happy, not wondering about the what ifs. You did the right thing for you and that's what counts. Also gives you a lot of bargaining power. Happy motoring when you get it.

You're paying the cost to be the boss.

If you don't buy what you want and how you want it, you will always feel unsatisfied.

It's your money...smart choice

Excellent decision.

You're spending $30K+. Make sure you're happy! I was completely happy to see my car come off the truck and looking like this:

Good luck!

Good call, don't buy a car that you are not certain about. You will spoil the enjoyment of the car for months, if not years, with doubt running through your mind.
Probably nothing will ever go wrong with that car, but if it did, you would hate it.
