The Civic Type R is going to be available in the US in Fall 2003 for the price of the SI now.

Nice car for the price... 195 hp

 

308 GTSI. No other new car in the s2000's price range really interests me enough to want to buy.

 

I almost went with a 96-98 911, but after reading all the great posts on this board I decided to buy the S. I still want to get an
01 or newer 911 in a couple of years, but right now I love my S.

Came a phone call away from buying a '95 Lotus Esprit S4S. No regrets, love the S, but may add a 98+ Lotus TTV8 to the stable in a year or two.

Please don't knock Lotus cars unless you've driven them, very like the S2k in fun-factor.
