2001, 60,000 miles

Dragonball 2004 was driving the car on very twisty mountain roads for a good portion of the day.

2001, 103,000 miles

:update: It was a spun bearing

Symptoms for a long time, possible 40k miles, but bad problem just after a highway trip getting on it up to 7k rpm. Bucked really hard and then stalled out when I instantly pulled down an off ramp.

Is this for 2nrwerks?

Just to let you know. Nothing you get off this website will be useful in court. To have it help your case you will have to get affidavits from each person signed and notorized. They will just laugh if you try and admit this.

2002 53,000 miles.

Had serious knocking noise. Once I heard the noise I never drove the car. Had bearing damage to most of the rod bearings(wore thru the silver coating in places and exposed the copper/bronze color metal). Cyl #3 was the worst(wore thru the silver top coat and thru the bronze/copper metal in areas to the outter silver metal coating). Cyl #4 and #2
had some damage. Cyl. #1 had very slight damage. Crank bearings also had some wear (very minor). Bearings never spun just had wear (#3 was bad) Crank had no damage and Cylinder walls had no damage. Replaced all bearings(rod bearings and crank bearings) and she runs great.
