i'm lowered on tein s tech with stock shocks
the car ride nice and straight but i can see the wheels have a negative camber to it
should i just leave it be or get the camber adjusted? and how do i know how much negative camber am i running?

You should get an alignment. Depends on if you dont want to wear out the tires. If you dont get it aligned they will start to show wear and will also wear un-evenly.
There is no way to tell you what you camber and toe settings would be from lowering the car you would need to have someone look at it on a machine or the old school way that some other shops align cars (dont really know the method or what its called though
)

I have the same setup. I didnt bother to align it mainly because I was busy with work (and lazy). I roasted the inside of my tires in about 1500-2000 miles. Ended up just rotating them and getting an alignment but man oh man they wore down extremely fast.
I am on S-techs and there are no real negatives about the springs. As far as springs go I think they are a great choice
I would consider getting better shocks that can handle a lower stiffer suspension within the next year or so depending on the age of the stockers.
I have had them for about 2yrs and have no issues though the stock shocks seem to be sagging a little
. I have some KW's on the way and am looking forward to the upgrade
.
I am upgrading cuz I want to lower the car a little more and stiffen things up more as well, not out of necessity
