Import numbers?
Was this just a sales pitch? While I was looking at the S2000 the sales person kept telling me how "HOT" "IN DEMAND"&"RARE" these cars are, he told me that Japan only imported 6000 per year, Is there any truth to that statement? Thanks, Eddie

by "imported" I presume you ment "exported" since the car is 100% made in Japan. In 1999 the US received 3,400. Last year 6,797. And, this year 5,989 through June. So 16,186 total. Still a vary rare car but getting less so every day.
