The Consitution does not exist as far as traffic courts are concerned, and the higher courts always look the other way. So don't expect any justice there. There is none.

I think the plate will stay on for now. I've got a neighbor who is a police chief and he said he'll sign off the ticket for me. I imagine I will still have to pay the court the outrageous fee (what ever that is).

I see the Sheriff sitting along PVDN almost every morning and since they sighted me and will most likely recognize my car it would be pretty dump to drive without the plate.
