Has any of you Honda S2000 got your car stolen, I mean an actuall break in, not stolen at gun point, or tow away. I mean were the car theive breaks in and disabels your alarm, ignition, etc. The Honda S 2000 has the immobilizer chip in the key and well the car has a push start button. How effective is the OEM unit, ( Chip key and push start button). Any info regarding to this topic would be helpful. And no I'm not a thief, I'm am not looking for advice or tips on how to steal a Honda S-2000. I just pick up an S and what to the know the truth on the Factory theft device. How effective is the unit. If there is a flaw in the unit, what methods should I take to beef up the security of my vehicle. Thanks

no the factory alarm is not bullet proof.. if someone really wants the car they will get it..

edit no real need to post the info......

just beef up the factory alarm with some add ons ie prox sensors, motion sensors hood pins etc...
