How long did it take you guys to install your HKS exhaust? Trying to figure out how much time I will need. Thanks!

 

it all depends on your mechanics Skills, it should take you no more than 2 hours with all your hardware and tools!

 

1 hour on jackstands by myself in scorching sun

 

Me and my buddy managed to do it in about 30~45 minutes on a ramp pictured below.
Just read the posts on how-to and gather all the tools you need.
Make sure you have those silicone sprays. It'll make your life way easier.

55 minutes.

make sure you have some lubricant like a WD-40 or something, right size sockets and wrenches, cheater bar for breaking the bolts on the cat, and a good jack/jackstands.


oh yea make sure you line up the mufflers where they're supposed to be before you tighten the bolts. i thought they could only line up one way once it was tightened, but i was wrong. there is some freeplay there
