Installing new speakers

Like it says, stock speakers suck and I putting new ones in. How do I remove the pannel before I try and mess anything up. Thanks in advance

One more question;now how you do remove ,the "inserts"?( and re-install )
Suppose,you want to change them from black to red,or vice-versa?
