I've had my console a few months without any adheisive problems. I think this is one of the best interior mods you can do, I'm very pleased with Rick's product.

I had mine for 3 months in So. California and no sign of it coming off. Only potential side-effect is that the rear end of the console may not stay down due to the extra thickness you added with the console. It's not a big deal and definitely worth it compared to the improvement in looks.

I would definitely recommend getting it.

When I just saw pictures on the web, I wasn't sure. I held off until Asheville, and the first one I saw I was convinced. I bought one and couldn't be happier with it. It sticks fine, even when out in the sun. (I even sucked up a corner with the vacuum cleaner and it stuck back in place perfectly)

As dlee said, I've had the back corner pop up. It's noticible to me...and probably to no one else.

Definitely a good investment!

Should drop Rick a note asking him what caused that. Mine sits flat just like it used to before the install.

Almost sounds like one of the holes is not lined up properly, or that the little slits/holes that you need to cut are not in the right spot?

Lovetodrive2000,

If the back corner pops up, most likely it's because one of the clips did not go cleanly through hole in the leather. Pop it off to check and enlarge the hole if necessary.

I've had mine on since Feb/March, no problems what so ever.

Rick,

I checked mine and the cut outs seem to be fine. There are 3 "clips" at the rear of the console and these three clips are not staying clipped. I guess I'll check the cut outs in the leather console again, but I am pretty sure it's fine in my case. Any other suggestion?

Thanks,

DLee

After several months, Rick's leather console cover remains securely attached, through both hot and cold conditions. The leather looks as good as new and improves the look of the interior100%. I recommend ordering your's today.
