I just realized it's been a year of ownership with my '02 S2000. What a year it's been!

I have to tell you I've never had this type of driving experience/pleasure ever with any other car that I've owned. It's gotten so attached to me that I sometimes confuse it as being a member of the family:

A friend that I haven't seen in a while were just talking and he asked me, "How's your baby?" I started to reply, "Awesome! Lots of fun. I still have a list of mods I'd like to get done." My friend looked confused. Understandably so because he was referring to my 3 year old son. Needless to say I was embarrased. I usually don't hear anyone referring to my son as 'my baby'. "Howz your son?" would have been clear.

I then realize how much of a S2k freak I am. By the way my son loves daddy's car just as much as daddy. He calls it the 'Mach 5' (Speed Racer's car... Like you didn't know)

Anyhow, I look foward to many more years of driving pleasure in my S.
