Wow, I can't belive how common this is.

I'm really glad that you are ok.

I usually take it nice and slow in wet conditions but had a total meltdown the other night when showing off my car to a buddy of mine.

First off all it had been raining earlier that night and was slightly damp on the road. Eager to show my buddy what this car is capable of doing I headed pretty fast against a roundabout waiting with breaking until the last possible second.

Unfortunately as I hit the brakes we go over a bump that lifts the car slightly resulting in the ABS trying to slow us down as crazy. At this point I'm just about prepared to brace myself for going straight through the roundabout but just barely manage to slow us down to get us through safe.

At this point the adrenaline is pumping through my veins and I immediately go from one stupidity to the next one. Accelerating on to the highway, As I hit VTEC in third, the back end steps out. I manage to keep it really cool and just slightly back of and get going straight again.

From that point I took it very easy all the way home. VTEC'ing in the wet is pure stupid and we should know better than this by now.

How stupid can you get?
