It works great. It will reach the center jack points without using any ramps or side jacking on my ap1 with no front bumper lip. Works great. It is heavy so not the best for traveling. But, it wheels around on the cement floor of my garage with ease. It is very stable and seems well made to me.
Seconding this one. It's what I use. Piece of cake. I'm lower than stock, too, though not slammed or anything.

I use the low profile one from Harbor Frieght
2 ton Low Profile/Long Reach Steel Heavy Duty Floor Jack with Rapid Pump®

If your car is lowered, you still might need to get a few wooden planks or something to get the car up a bit to get the jack underneath.

I've been using the same HF aluminum race jack with a set of small ramps for 13 years. Change tires 2x a day for 15-20 autocross events per year. Never had a problem.
