Jack Recommendations
I ended up going with the Harbor Freight low profile long reach jack. 2 ton Low Profile/Long Reach Steel Heavy Duty Floor Jack with Rapid Pump®.
It works great. It will reach the center jack points without using any ramps or side jacking on my ap1 with no front bumper lip. Works great. It is heavy so not the best for traveling. But, it wheels around on the cement floor of my garage with ease. It is very stable and seems well made to me.

If your car is lowered, you still might need to get a few wooden planks or something to get the car up a bit to get the jack underneath.
