The hydrophilic fluids in your brake lines and your clutch should be flushed.

would going to the dealer be the best place to get all these done? i dont have the time to do it myself. so far i got a price at $168 for tranny, diff and oil change. ofcourse i willl supply the fluids

The dealer should be okay as long as you make sure they use the right fluids, DO NOT assume they will do so just because they are a honda dealer. Keep in mind they see civics and accords all day long but the S2k is not seen very often in their service bays.
