dblb0gey: do you have a red one by chance? I was leaving Tanner's around lunchtime last week and saw an S2K pulling out of a side street onto 87th(weeeeeee I wet myself!) I only got a quick look at the driver. I think he had a ballcap on over some possibly grayish hair. Sound familiar?

Would somebody in Wichita go have a NuWay for me over the weekend, and tell me how it was? I'm drooling on my keyboard. For all you others, NuWay is the best hamburger you could ever eat. (steamed beef, soft buns) mmmmmmmmm

 

90integraGS - I do have a red one, but that wasn't me. I have seen the same guy tooling around up and down 87th, and saw him tonight on the way home sitting at the stoplight at 87 and Pflumm going North. I never saw him before I had mine (about 2 months ago), and now I see him about once a week.

Regarding the gray hair: not me yet. So far I just have a slowly growing forehead.

 

Ok sounds like we need to get together and see if we want a club for KS/MO/Ok, I'm all for it but not a great organizer myself.Lets see if we can plan a meet soon, and discuss future plans possibly on a small website dedicated to our small band of weary travelers.Many things I need to learn,ie good places in Ks to get tunning done etc..., plus a few driving tips, I am not the best stick driver in the world and maybe some guys can teach me a few tricks

 

Sounds like a great idea. I have been a member of the Miata Club here in KC for a few years but traded in the Miata for the S2000 and the club members aren't so friendly any more. Please keep me advise if a meeting or something is arranged. How about a cruise night somewhere? A fun road rally? Anything I can do to help let me know.

Hey, guys, I don't have my S yet (should take delivery in next month or so), but would love to ride shotgun with somebody if you have a meet before then. BTW, I've pm'd some folks, but if anybody's got a Silverstone or knows where to look at one, let me know, please. I'm deciding between that or berlina and need to let dealer know asap. No drive, just SEE.

Ditto everyone's Jay Wolfe comments. I was also non-plussed by the sales guy I talked to. On top of that, they would not come off sticker and tried to offer me 14k for my '99 Acura TL. Give me a break.
