Steve....talk w/Joel Alpert(sp?).....that's who I bought mine from...nice guy. They WILL deal, you just have to be diligent(walk away & let them call you back in a day or two).

 

Joel Alpert....you have got to be kidding me....my first S2000 dealer experience was Joel Alpert yelling at me from across the showroom floor telling me not to touch the car. Now keep in mind, I'm a mid-30's, no trade in, cash in hand, willing to pay MSRP buyer. Matter in fact, I have bought 2 hondas from these guys, my first from Joel personally...I have never been treated so rudely in my life. So, I basically let this guy have it, walked out the door and bought one the next day from Greg Wyrauch at Chezik Honda....no BS kind of deal and got to avoid the never ending smugness I seem to experience every time I have been in that Jay Wolfe dealership.

Don't get me started on their service department either....lets just say after multiple attempts at fixing an airbag problem (and blaming it on me every time), Honda finally bought back the car due to the inability to fix the issue....I am just thankful that these guys were such idiots on trying to fix the issue that they fumbled around 3 or 4 times without success....that makes a pretty nice Lemon Law case which is the primary reason Honda bought it back. My recommendation....stay away from this dealer...period. I had good luck at Chezik for my purchase and dealing with Randy at O'Neill Honda for service.

Then again....go to Jay Wolfe and take their money...after you get a rock bottom deal...tell Joel that you have been hearing about his A-hole treatment of other S2000 would be owners....and laugh all the way out the door. LMAO.

I agree 100% with Kacee, buy from Greg at Chezik, thats where I bought mine....very cool guy.

wow..there is this many s2k owners in the midwest...but i dont doubt it..because there is already 3 s2k in my neighbrohood. Maybe we can start a club..I would be very interested. Wellz i am the lil azn kid with the white s2k in wk, I am pretty sure that i am the only one with white so if you guys ever see me. wave!=). (I live on the east side). Also i tend to go to lawrence and kc to visit friends..so if i ever see you guys, i will be sure get to know you guys so we can start a midwest club.
