Neat little gadget. They have those on the new Lincoln/Mercurys, right? Is it just for keyless entry or can you start your car without the keys then?

Nah, seems like a pointless waste of money to me.... I mean it takes like 3 seconds to insert the key. I could spend all that money on me instead.

When my wife gets a new car (it'll be a while) I'll try it out.

Any idea how you turn the ignition off?

Edit: It doesn't say anything about keyless start. Just keyless entry. You still need to be holding your keys = pointless, IMO.

Section in "Features" on this page http://www.advancedkeys.com/Prod_IUI101.html
It did say something about it can be used for push-start button enable control. Does this mean I can add a push button start and it can act like a key for it? That's what stater disable do right?

There's more to it than that. The ignition needs to be ON. Fuel pump, power steering, SRS, etc. You can enable start, but the car has to be on.
