Information please from those using the KN Short Ram intake. Is it any better or worse concerning performance than using a cold air intake?

 

Short Ram's will always give you less improvement over a CAI.
The colder the air, the more performance you are going to get. A short ram draws air within the engine bay, which is not as cold as an AEM or Injen where it grabs the air from the front of the bumper.
