I put mine on because I was burning oil on the track...since installation - no oil burning.

It is NOT a replament is an addition. I will try to take a picture of it later on today.

Remember this only applies to the 04, 05 and their 06 prototype (already running).

my review is based on a stock 05.. so i'd say it's definately worth it. reduces/stops oil consumption, and feels like it pulls a tad harder. and your dipstick will stay put

It definitely reduces/stops oil consumption. It also stops heavy smoking while boosting at WOT. I feel it's a must have if you are FI.

This is comptech new pcv to be use on 04, 05 and 06.

For a 1/10 the price of a Krank Vent and coming from the makers of the kit is a win, win situation.

It is my understanding that you if you drive your S2000 REALLY hard, the oil dipstick will pop up after such drive. If you are encounering this issue in your N/A (regardless of the year) I will recomend installing one.

Like a said this one is around 10.00 VS 150.00 for the krank Vent.

If I take mine off and I drive HARD the oild dipstick does pop off (I am supercharged). This is a know issue with the the AP2s because the have a differen PCV than earlier models.

So is this a Comptech part or gain it be bought from a third party? It's probably just some type of PCV valve off another kind of car.
