Default Leaking top?

I got into my car tonight to go home. It rained like a fother mucker today. I closed the door only to have the rubber seal that the window wedges against constantly dripping water at the front of the seal (near the windshield pillar), and 3/4's the way towards the back of the rubber, about 4 inches before the edge of the window curves down to go in the door. Aside from the dripping, when I close the door and the window hits the seal, it spits at me and drips some more . It looks like water made it's way in between the frame of the top, and the rubber seal that the frame is wrapped around. This never happened to me before...Has this happened to anyone else before?

I thought honda addressed this issue for the later models. Guess not..

It happens to my car all the time. A quick fix would be to apply shin-etsu grease on the rubber seals.

Shutting the door when raining is probably normal to get a dose of water in your face. As neat as convertables are, they will never be as waterproof as a hardtop.
I'd still have to say , this is the best convertable I've ever had. This is the only car that doesn't leak. (that I know of.)

It's only happening on the driver's side, not passenger...

make sure to treat those rubber seals, before they dry out excessively...
