Leaking Top at passenger side window

I'm assuming that the front edge of the door is OK. If not, you can adjust the door hinges to move the front edge in and out. This can be complicated as it involves removing the wheel well plastic shroud. Let's hope this is not necessary.

The rear edge can be adjusted by turning the door cushion that is located near the lower corner of the door opening. Screw this rubber thing so it goes further in. Start with a turn or two to see if this makes any difference. If it does not, then you need to adjust the door striker on the door opening. Loosen the screws on the striker and push the striker further into the car and tighten. Continue to adjust till the edge is flush.
