I have notice on my car when I turn the lights on there is three position, sidelights main beam and head beam. However, when you put it to sidelights the dash goes dim and the rear lights come on, then if you turn it to main beam then the halogen bulbs kick in. Can someone tell me do S2000 have sidelights or do I have a problem?

 

Not sure how Euro S2000's are but USDM's have 2 switch position

Parking/Running: which are the tail lights and front 194 bulbs on

Headlights: which turn on the Xenon projectors and leave the Parking/Running lamps on

High Beam: when you pull the headlight lever toward the driver you activate high beams and all other lamps stay ON.

There are no side lights. The side markers on the fenders blink when your turning signals are on.
