Wouldn't have matter what tires he had on the car. He low tire tread.

Congrats on the car, sorry to hear about the accident. Please be weary of tire tread and keep an eye on them (don't forget to check the inside tread). I've had some uh-oh moments in the rain, but my tires were getting bad and the car lets you know it. Good luck on the repair.

 

If your airbags have gone off you will need the driver and passenger airbag both your seat belts because if you try to pull them out they will not move they are locked up. The controller under the radio will have to be sent out and reset or a another one installed from a car that airbags have not gone off. And yes your car will start there is no fuel shutoff when airbags go off You can usually find the Complete SRS system for $600-$700 and 05 down will work in the 06 up are different
