I have the lowest mileage white/tan car in the country that is always for sale for the right price if you are interested.

I might have to agree that '09s are leftovers. Especially considering there were so few '09s sent to the US. I don't even think there were any built in '09. I think they were all built in '08. The build date on my '09 GPW is October 2008, and I have one of the higher VIN numbers.

Hello everyone! Question!

I own a 2001 GPW AP1 with red-black interior.

I hear that GPW exterior and red-black interior for 2001 is only available in USA version and not Canadian....hear that Canadian is blue-black interior. Can someone verify whether GPW exterior with red-black interior is only for sale in USA and not in Canada? Nowadays with import it's easy to do (I imported mine from the state as it's rare to find such combination in Canada) but I'm curious to know is whether this year and color combo was ever released in Canadian dealership? Or was it strictly USA color combo and unless import from the States...generally that color combo option was never available in Canada?

I was debating this question with a friend of mine and looking for S2000 experts to solve this question!

I think the blue interior was only one year, and the other years had red, red/black. and other combos.

took me at least 3-4 months to find a clean white s2000

i was looking for an AP1, i wanted that 9k redline! but they were all beaten to death or the asking price was NUTS.

but found an '05 GPW with TAN interior and an OEM hardtop,

3 days after buying the car, i switched the interior to RED.

just cant beat WHITE on RED combo, especially for an S2000

As someone else said white looks the cleanest but doesn't really "pop" when really cleaned. black is gorgeous when cleaned and waxed but it also shows all imperfections (swirls).
All that being said, i still dream of owning a gpw with the tan interior. <---- TOO CLASSY

After owning 2 different GPWs, I will never own an S2000 in any other color. Just such a crisp refreshing color. And of course the traditional Honda theme with a lot of history. You can't beat a GPW with red interior.

Sorry for the necro-bump but better than starting a new thread.

Looking to get an S2000 and white is by far my favorite color. Found a local white 2003 with black interior. Am I to understand that this interior is not original for this car? 2003 was only available with tan interior?

I have heard of S2000s being special ordered with rare color combinations. Any way to check if that was the case with this car?

Thanks.
