so 3 years ago I went to strauss auto and bought a jack for $34.99 and a pair of jack stands for $19.99.

Now 3 years since then, at the very moment I've got the same pair of jack stands and a new set I bought about a year ago along with another cheapo jack holding my car up and has been holding it up in the air for the past 2 months.

BTW, for the past 3 years I'd say 1 weekend out of every 3-4 weeks average (counting winter) my jacks get used and have been working flawless.

Habor Freight has a generic dremel tool on sale with 60 attachments for $7.99 and it works great!

Psh, I have a lift in my garage. Aluminum racing jacks are child's play.

I could not justify that investment.

Which one? I'm closing on a house next week and haven't started research on this yet but was thinking about it. How many did you look at before making your choice? How much was it?

my wife allowed me to splurge on the AC low profile jack. it low and has a huge lift height. it's compatible with all of our cars. the model is the DK13HLQ.

these guys were the best supplier that i could find for this product.

I made the garage lift comment as a joke. Sorry, my irresponsible ass should have attached a smiley face.
