Default Lower back pain

What do you guys use for more lumbar support? I've got nagging lower back pain when I log lots of miles in the S. Do you use a pillow, rolled up towel or what? Thanks.

Some people put small towels, i think dish towels, behind the seat cushion. Others just use pillows.

Do a search for "Lumbar Supports".

One of our members was selling them a while back. It's an inflatable bladder that goes in behind the center insert on the back of the seat. It has a hand pump that goes beside the seat.

I got a set when he first offered them, I think I paid 25.00 for the set. I understand they offer something similar for Porsche and Miata.

I haven't taken a long trip since I installed mine, but I think they'll help. It took me 5 minutes to get them both installed.
