Default Lower price for S2k in moderate wrecks?

How much does a S depreciate if it's been in a wreck that is considered moderate damage but not bad enough to have a rebuilt title? Would you even look at them even if there was no frame damage? I am not sure I want a S with any accidents that required body work (besides replacing a bumper maybe) for my baby. I want it unscathed.
Salvage titles are worth 40-50% less with most ppl saying stay away from them, which is what I go by.

Bullshit. Maybe in your opinion but not in the context of any actual market. Maybe if the repair is obvious and shitty. I guess it depends upon what we consider "moderate". I'm thinking a $2500 to $4000 repair.

I try to use it as a bargaining chip but in the end if the car is clean and you can't actually tell it's been repaired then you may have a hard time talking the buyer down. Lots of factors at play though.

I (over)paid what I felt was a fair price for my 07 because it had low miles (36k) and a clean mechanical bill of health despite two accidents. Low miles were more important to me than the body which is gonna get beat up anyways

Depends on the type of car you want. If there's non original vin mismatched panels don't ever expect to sell the car for a premium later on no matter how clean it is. The person willing to pay premium for a car doesn't want replacement parts. That being said if all you want is a nice clean dependable car to have fun with at a greatly discounted price then by all means an accident isn't the worst thing that can happen if it was put together properly.

The S2K isn't like a civic (different types of buyers/purposes). Two cars that looks identical on paper could fetch much different dollar amounts. It really depends on the actual car itself.
